Veg Masala Maggi Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Maggi noodles (with tastemaker)

  • 1½ cups water

  • 1 tsp oil or butter

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • ½ tomato, finely chopped

  • 1 green chilli (optional for spice)

  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

  • Optional: Chopped capsicum or corn

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Cook until soft.

  3. Add red chilli powder and garam masala. Stir well.

  4. Pour in 1½ cups water and let it boil.

  5. Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Cook until water is mostly absorbed and noodles are soft.

  7. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
