Veg Masala Maggi Recipe
1 pack Maggi noodles (with tastemaker)

1½ cups water

1 tsp oil or butter
-
½ onion, finely chopped
-
½ tomato, finely chopped
-
1 green chilli (optional for spice)

¼ tsp red chilli powder
-
½ tsp garam masala
-
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Optional: Chopped capsicum or corn
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Cook until soft.

Add red chilli powder and garam masala. Stir well.

Pour in 1½ cups water and let it boil.

Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cook until water is mostly absorbed and noodles are soft.

Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
